KPR Care Services are a small family run business, who provide supported accommodation and guidance to young people.
KPR Care currently have one property named “Futures” – a modern detached house, based in St Thomas, Exeter
The property is a modern detached property and comprises three large residents bedrooms, one Carer’s bedroom,
one main bathroom, one downstairs cloakroom, lounge/Diner and modern fitted kitchen.
There is also an enclosed paved courtyard garden to the rear of the property with a designated smoking area and
enough space to socialise in nice weather and hang out washing.
The property is ideally located within walking distance of the City Centre, Exeter College, Exeter University and there
are also direct public transport routes close by.
