We offer a small personal placement that allows staff to build strong positive relationships, identifying the young persons needs and making sure that they have the best possible chance of achieving their potential.
Our level of support is tailored around the needs of young people and can be adjusted based on progression, circumstances and desired outcomes.
We are proud that most of the Young people accommodated with us have settled well, sustained a long term placement and have eventually moved on in a planned way when the time is appropriate. Relationships are maintained after placement into adulthood.
We have a high success rate of finding employment or courses for young people that may be suitable. We also work closely with young people to help reduce their alcohol and drug intake as well as any negative behaviour they may have, if required.
