- Access to all policies relevant to the young person that are easy to understand.
- A residents handbook will always be available for the young person to refer to. This gives them a guideline of housekeeping and Policies and procedures including the complaints policy. This handbook is clear and easy to understand.
- We aim to deal with any concerns that the young person may have within 24 hours
- All young people will have a file dedicated to them, including all relevant
information and their care plans.
