The Director & General Manager are responsible for managing and running of KPR Care Services ltd. We currently have six other support workers that provide support throughout the day and night. Each member of staff hold many relevant qualifications for their roles and we update their training regularly.
All staff have a probationary period and receive an annual appraisal and six monthly review.
The team on each shift conduct a hand over update them on significant events for that day or night. All relevant information is recorded via the log book and significant events, which is used to update professionals & relevant organisations.
